Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she quit her gymnastics. She was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 after she quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her university studies. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show she competed for many years and set higher goals each year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place during the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with her result. It's no surprise that she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. She usually warms up first before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
